Are you aware what is Goiter and how does it look like? Me I do because I have it. It’s a kind of thyroid gland disorder as what experts called it. According to them, this is due to inheritance which is likely true with my own experienced. My old folks have goiter. My Mom and my Aunt. My Aunt have it and it is big like an apple on her neck. My Mom’s goiter seemed didn’t show any malfunction anymore. I have a lot of relatives have goiter. Some have it operated especially the singles because it looked so weird. They can’t find partner with how they look lol! Thankfully mine is just as small as a piece of a corn and it’s not obvious. I took medicine before but I stopped because I don’t like the feeling of palpitation.. I can’t even sleep that easy and I am easily get tired even only I am just setting. I almost got operated but I ran away because I don’t want my neck to be slice and all. Gosh I’m so scared to be operated. God is the in-charge of me so I don’t need any medication and operation. But, my Aunt, I really want to help her remove the goiter in her neck. I know someday, sooner or later I can help her. She is 50 years old, single parent, a factory worker for so long. No clear income. Operating a knitting machine which is mostly graveyard on duty. She is so thin but she is healthy despite of that awkward thing on her neck. She always wears close neck blouses just to hide it. I pitied her and I love her that’s why I want to help her by answering the expenses for her operation. Hopefully I can make it.

Urinary tract infections. Bacteria attacking are called ecoli. I have this kind of problem. I developed it when I get pregnant with my first baby. A burning sensation that is extremely frustrating when it attacks during the peak of your deep sleep. Peeing a little once in a while. I really hate the feeling. They said it is normal for most pregnant women. Taking antibiotics in the number one cure.
I am worried with my UTI because it keeps bagging me until now especially when my period is coming and when it is there. I love salty foods and maybe this is the number one reason why I can’t take away this sickness. I am not into drinking 10 glasses of waters every day. I do drink buko juice (young coconut juice) as experts said that it washes and clean the gall bladder.
I went for urinalysis and take antibiotics. The sensation will gone after 7days 3x a day of taking it but then again coming back after few months and the feeling is getting really worse. Sometimes it took me one hour setting on the toilet bowl. I still don’t know what is the best thing to do, and why it keeps on coming back. I practice drinking 10glass of waters every day. But eating salty foods is hard to stop. Most of the time if our meal doesn’t have salty menu it doesn’t make me full. I am still looking and kept on searching for the perfect and accurate explanations with this and the most especially the best cure that really stops the very bad sensation of having UTI.

Yesterday my migraine attacked. And it really make me felt so bad. I just don’t know why I have this kind of pain in my forehead. Sometimes I can’t open my eyes because of the pain. The more I got to move and my head being shakes a little my gosh! The more the pain gets worst! Gladly I was able to bring biogesic here from the Phil’s. It is a paracetamol that was said safe to be taken even tummy is empty or I mean even when you have not ate yet! That is the only tablet medicine that can cure the pain I have. It is only available in Phil’s and if my reserved tablets here are all taken I don’t know what are the other alternatives here in Oz. I still need to know; maybe they have better medicine here for migraine.
When my period is coming too this migraine of mine is always present. I tried to look for what are really causes migraine but still I haven’t found the specific explanation. I have this pain since in my high school. There are people I knew that their migraine is worst than mine that they have to take pain reliever or buy those high price medicines. In their cases, they felt like vomit like I am sometimes. The feeling is too bad because there were times that it lasted for whole day and I have to take another two tablets for better outcome.

I am losing my appetite again. I am wondering why it is like this. When my period is coming my appetite is really good and I can eat even more. But when my period is already finished oh my goodness I can’t really eat and when I force myself I will just vomit. This is maybe the reason why I never get fat and when I gain weight a little, it won’t stay long.
What I always do? I make myself so hungry and I won’t tell hubby that I didn’t eat much because he will make a sermon again haha..Very noisy. When I am so hungry already to the point that I am already weak and my tummy is grumbling that’s the time I will fight in eating. It doesn’t help you know why? Because when you so felt so hungry and then you suddenly eat that will cause you abdominal pain which is too bad. My Mom told me to eat little by little from time to time. In that way, you never skip meals and never make your tummy empty. The advice really helps and that is what I am doing. Eat a little from time to time. Mothers are good advisers.

There is no doubt why my kids almost got the asthma if ever I didn’t find a solution to prevent it because my husband does have it now. They have asthmatic family background also. His asthma anyway is rarely to attacked. I made him take the products I am using for our kids but he is very inconsistent to do it, a lazy one! You know most boys don’t care. Well, his problem only occurs when he will be exposed to too much dusty and hot weather. He always carries with him his nebulizer.
One thing I am concerned about is his allergy. He always or never lost colds and got the habit of sneezing so bad. Too loud sneeze even in public can’t be prevented. When he blows his nose it has a grinding sound that makes me felt like there is something so big will come out. But hey! Nothing really. Maybe because of the itchiness’ of his nose. I don’t feel like comforting when I heard him like that every day. Disturbing and noisy. Sometimes I got worried but it is in him already. Whatever medicine he takes it is really like that. Despite of having those problems he is healthy and strong man.
