Just an exercise in futility

Gym junkies are fighting a losing battle against obesity, say scientists.
Aussie researchers have blamed the world's obesity epidemic on people eating more and not on people exercising less.
Obesity epidemic could have been avoided if people simply ate less.
Changes in physical activity played a minimal role.
Scientists found evidence to suggest people were actually exercising more now.
Food intake still explains the weight gain, but there may have been increases in physical activity over 30 years that have blunted what would otherwise have been a higher weight gain.

Between reading this and news that taking vitamins interferes with the benefits of exercise I'm tempted to just put my feet up on the couch :(

Between this and the news that vitamins interfere with exercise why should I get off the couch? This is so discouraging :(

Exercising without proper diet will not do any good. One has to have the other accompanied by proper hygiene and healthy lifestyle, which is very hard for me.. lols

It is easy to eat less... simply eat only when you need to and not when you want to. So besides the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), get busy and don't eat. Developing a habit of not snacking in between meals will drastically help you lose weight.

How about exercising so you can get to eat a little bit more? Face it , life ain't no fun eating only 1200-1500 calories a day.
