I agree with you. Some people eat as a means to express their emotion. When they are happy, they celebrate by having big meals. On the other hand when they are in distress, they take food for consolation.

I never thought we have the same concern pala Len..I even wish to have a bilbil kasi flat talaga tummy ko..I want to look chubby maybe a little. I'm only 92pounds 37kilos..at di talaga siya tumataas kahit anong patong ko sa weighing scale

If there are fat people, there are also payat like me. I've been trying to gain weight by eating any kind, but still payat pa rin. Yeast na lang kaya kaainin ko, hehee.

I primarily blame the abundance of low cost high calorie and nutritionally deficient foods.
